Founder & CEO
Michael Dolezal, CPA, is a seasoned professional in the field of public accounting, bringing over two decades of experience to his clients. His career commenced at prestigious firms such as Cohen and Co. and Hauser + Taylor. A proud alumnus of Kent State University, Michael founded Michael Dolezal & Co. in 2006. He holds both a CPA license and an Ohio real estate license, allowing him to offer comprehensive services to clients in the real estate sector.

Tax Specialist
Debbie is an accomplished accounting professional with a robust career spanning over 18 years in public accounting and an additional decade in the private sector. Her roles have ranged from Accounting Manager to Controller. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and is currently working toward obtaining her Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
Alicia Lazzaro
Accounting Manager
Alicia Lazzaro is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in accounting and management, including 13 years dedicated to public accounting. She earned her Bachelor of Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University and passed the CPA exam in 2002. Her diverse background includes entrepreneurship and extensive public accounting experience.
